Cindy Maxwell’s body was discovered in her Olinville apartment during the weekend, displaying multiple gunshot wounds, according to authorities.

Although her body was found on Saturday night, it had been in the apartment for several days.

Officials state that law enforcement was summoned to the 45-year-old’s residence at the Parkside Houses after neighbors reported an unpleasant odor.
