Breaking News: Last Suspect Caught in Violent Henderson Gas Station Shooting

In Henderson, North Carolina, the police have made a big breakthrough after a long investigation. They’ve caught the last person involved in a violent shooting at a gas station on May 28. The person’s name is Jaymon Gibson, and they were taken into custody on Thursday in Durham.

The detectives from the Henderson Police Department worked hard to find Gibson. They found him in Durham with the help of a search warrant. They found an important piece of evidence at his house: a gun similar to the one used in the shooting at the gas station on 601 W. Andrews Avenue.

There were surveillance videos that showed what happened on that day. The videos showed a man with a long gun getting out of a white car at a gas pump around 4:20 p.m. He started shooting as he went towards the entrance of the business. The shooting broke windows, and a dark SUV quickly drove away. Another person came out of the white car and started shooting too. Both of them then went to the side of the building.

Before this, the police had already arrested three people. Jordan Turnage, who’s 21 years old, and Charles Green were among them. They were facing different charges related to the shooting. Turnage’s bail was set at $65,000, and Green turned himself in and paid a $111,000 bail. The third suspect, a 17-year-old, also surrendered.

But for Jaymon Gibson, the situation is more serious. He’s been denied bail because he violated his parole and because of the serious charges from the shooting. He’s now being held at the Vance County Detention Center. This is an important step for the police in bringing an end to this troubling incident.Breaking News: Last Suspect Caught in Violent Henderson Gas Station Shooting
