Amber Alert Update: Missing Infant Ju’lynna Found Safe, Suspect Still at Large

Update: Ju’lynna and the stolen vehicle have been found by authorities. The child is safe, confirmed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. However, the suspect is still on the run.

On Saturday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for a 2-month-old baby who was last seen in the St. Louis area.

The baby, named Ju’lynna Seline Wallace Richardson, was wearing a pink onesie and was last spotted around 4:30 a.m. at 2853 Keokuk St.

The person driving the baby, identified as Richardson, was in a 2008 black Ford Escape with Illinois license plate 61890RV, as stated by the MSHP.

The authorities believe that the suspect, James Steven Richardson (28 years old), took Ju’lynna from her home after attacking her mother. He not only stole the mother’s car but also made threats to harm the baby.

According to the MSHP, the suspect is considered violent and possibly armed.

Ju’lynna has brown hair, brown eyes, and is Black in ethnicity.

Richardson also has brown hair, brown eyes, is Black, stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan shorts.
