Luminaria Ceremony Planned by Ralls County Relay For Life
Relay For Life of Ralls County will be hosting a Drive In Luminaria Ceremony on July 10th at Mark Twain High School. The ceremony begins at 8:30 pm in the school parking lot.
Covid 19 caused the cancellation of the regular event that was scheduled for May 2nd and is forcing the organizers of the Ralls County event to “think outside the box” in their planning for a mini-event this year. The Perry VFW will present the flags, followed by a welcome and a key speaker. Survivors will be invited to join the Survivor Recognition and finally, at sunset, the Luminaria Ceremony will begin.
Patrons are invited to join the Relay For Life Teams, drive-in style, remain in their car, with their own snacks and drinks (from home) to watch the luminaria ceremony on the big screen.
Please use the luminaria order form below or visit www.relayforlife.org/rallscomo to dedicate a luminaria.
